👍👍 I go to Old Town Yoga to sit in a hot infrared sauna a few times a week. Love it, especially the new sauna that runs a little hotter than the other. Friendly staff, easygoing atmosphere. Highly recommend if you enjoy a hot sauna on a regular basis…can’t speak for the yoga part of the business…

😐 This yoga studio allows so many students to attend class that you have to smell every body part of every person in every direction around you. I thought the idea behind reservations was to be sure the room is not too crowded.
