The staff were so friendly n knew how to suggest great food for u. I really liked their black-onion sauce. I can't wait to come back one more time.

😠 Operation is terrible. They took 20-30 mins for just one set of burger, even with a few waiting customers. Much worse than other Lotteria stores in HN. Only one ok point is that staffs understand basic English thank to its location.
