😐 Apartment condominium built in 2012 (6 years ago) by the company Even SP. The Plaza Mayor Ipiranga residential condominium is made up of 7 different towers (Tower 1, Tower 2, Tower 3, Tower 4, Tower 5, Tower 6, Tower 7). The units range from 142m² to 409m² with 3 and 4 bedrooms and 2 and 4 spaces.

👍👍 Minha casa, com gente que eu amo estar....dos funcionários aos moradores(nem todos....RS) eu adoro morar no prime.

Airy apartments, some with balconies, in a casual hotel offering a palm-shaded pool & a playground.

👍👍 Spent some time here when I was in Brazil buying my puppy and absolutely the most beautiful place to stay. Immaculately clean with such helpful staff and a beautiful pool and BBQ area, the only place I will stay while I’m Brazil
