😠 Horrible. 3 hours to be seen. The delay in service is absurd. I've never seen that. I arrived at 8:30 in the morning and left at 12:00 to do a 3-minute exam in the room.

A pessoa para vir aqui fazer o exame admissional ou demissional, deve vir sem ter pressa para resolver outras coisa...

😠 Reception chats instead of opening patient files right away. More than 40 minutes to spend at reception. Apart from that the girl in the window 2 is a terrible attendant. Instead of calling the next one, go back outside to talk to the patient OUTSIDE THE GUICHE AND WITHOUT A MASK.
