👍👍 It’s very convenient, there are buses nearby, e.g. 103, 203C, 170, 113 etc. The clubhouse is very nice and the flats are pretty avg. Good overall.

🫤 Nice area, but terrible sound isolation. You can hear your upstairs neighbours chopping food or shutting doors. Can't believe this level of construction standard is allowed.

😠 Most of 2 bedrooms unit has leaked water from the bathroom. Most of all unit has cracked walls. The security guard at Tower 5 is very rude, impolite, unmannered, & racist! (afternoon time about 10.00am-06.00pm) Told to management & still useless!! No solutions!!
