👍 Pricy for what you get. Lots of traffic noise. Patio doors open to nothing, which can be scary to anyone afraid of heights. Gym is adequately furnished, but not kept very orderly as some people don't know how to clean up after themselves. Pool nice and is currently being refinished.

👍 Very nice high end, minimalist and small apartments. My sensibility is that privacy could be better and there's a lot of traffic on the outside nearby.

😠 Do not buy or deal with these crooks ! I bought a condo pre- construction and paid in full. These crooks were told when they purchased the complex that my unit was sold and paid for. They say tough luck, we will just keep your money. Don’t deal with these criminals .

😠 They fell trees that are more than 25 years old. They exploit the resources of the area and are a sample of the false economic explosion that generates more cheap labor thanks to tenders obtained with bribes and contacts. Some people steal with fountain pen.
