👍👍 At IMSS they told me that my daughter wouldn't ever be able to barely walk. Today she is a great gymnast thanks to Shriners hospital for children. I'll be forever thankful with them. Their attention is more than great and warm.

😠 No radio acknowledgement for sailing vessel, no flags at very narrow entrance. Upon arrival and fuel was told they where closed and had to leave by 6:50 after they charged us for a transient overnight slip. Narrow and shallow with intermittent dredging efforts. Skip it if you can!

😐 It is a transitional shelter for children. As a government agency, the facilities and many other aspects need to be improved, but the basics (interdisciplinary health care, food, clothing, education, physical activity) are fine.
