😐 The facility is top tier beautiful and there is a lot of good but also a lot of flaws with membership services. They over promise when signing up and make it overly difficult to cancel. When signing up, childcare was sold as a member perk (left out that the child needs to have their own membership)...

😠 Really terrible customer experience. The dreadful attitude of the staff extends from the front desk staff to the general manager at the Tysons location. They all seem to be too busy to answer questions even though they have plenty time to stand around and chat with each other.
