😠 We booked for a birthday and we had made this clear at the time of booking.. upon arriving NOTHING, no balloons or even a word "happy birthday" really not commercial or professional. The TV didn't work, no signal, the speaker with the sound didn't work either.. great no sound, what a great birthday....

😐 Nous nous y sommes rendus vendredi 01-09-2023 à 17h. Endroit très propre et goût très raffiné pour la décoration. Néanmoins, je mets 3 étoiles pour la piscine qui était (très) froide, les jets de douche très faibles, et l’accueil du personnel qui est à revoir 🌱.

😠 Jacuzzi not working!!!!!!!!!!! Minimal bubbles. Very disappointing for 165 euros!!!!! Pool water very cold. The edge of the pool is super dirty and there are loose pieces of paint everywhere from the edge of the pool. Hair in the pool Dirty sauna Definitely don't recommend it.
