Best places: Book stores in Germany

😠 We had been visiting Linday Insel over Halloween with 3 friends (5 of us total). We planned to go here on the last day. When we walked in we waited at the counter, we kept getting told to move out of the way by seemingly annoyed waitresses (apologies, but there isnt any room to stand anywhere else)....

Espresso, vegan bagels & other light fare served in a comfy hangout with a chill atmosphere.

👍👍 I love this book shop. So I could spend hours there to look for new books or just to see what's new. When I was there I always had found my book to buy. So this book shop is a crowded place too. I would recommend this shop for every book lover.

👍👍 As tourists stranded in Anna's shop in Crivitz on a rainy day, we had no reason to complain. While we were able to challenge Anna in a table football battle outside, inside, no wish to have children remained unfulfilled. With attention to detail, Anna responds to all of the young customers' wishes....

Huge collection of model ships, art, uniforms & photographs in Hamburg's oldest preserved warehouse.

👍👍 Sit read and drink coffee or tea. It is a very large Thalia spanking on multiple floors and it has a small back bar. I very much like book shops, libraries or similar where you can sit down and read too. Large, chaotic and also relaxing. Check it out.

👍👍 I was left speechless when i walked into this bookstore. The shop is huge! As i wonder through it, i realised that building used to be an old movie theatre. There are so many different books to chose from, lots of options in foreign languages. Its a must visit when you in Bonn!
