👍👍 Great classes - hot iron systems 3 times a week with great people. There are many more gym group exercise classes - staring with step interval. Body art, hot iron, yoga, plates, slide, jazz dance, etc. Classes for fit and unfit for young and old. Check out the schedule... it is worthwhile.

👍👍 Super Verein, Trainer sowie auch die Trainingspartner sind sehr Freundlich und man wird mit Herz sofort im Verein aufgenommen. Ich habe seit dem ich dem Verein beigetreten bin, mehr Selbstbewusstsein gewonnen und habe auch gelernt wie ich mich zu verteidigen habe. 👍👍

👍👍 I loved my workout session with Kamil! I went there with my team and we had great fun. Kamil was super friendly, professional and created a nice atmosphere. He chose the perfect exercises that fitted our "skill level" and explained all exercises very well.

👍👍 Every workout feels so good. Really, objectively speaking, at least one of the best gyms in North Rhine-Westphalia, if not in Germany!!!
