Our special day was quite international, so we figured that staff can communicate not only in German and English, but some of them (at least in June 2019)...

😠 You should not mourn here, every motorway service area is friendlier. If you think that you are here because you have lost a loved one, then you are just stunned by the behavior of the staff and the boss. For us it was the lowest human level!
