😠 Der unhöflichste Autohändler bzw. Werkstatt (markenübergreifend) der/die mir bisher begegnet ist. Insbesondere die Terminvergabe am Empfang ist katastrophal. Man hat den Eindruck, man ist als Kunde mehr als nur lästig und völlig unerwünscht. Auch per Telefon ist der Kontakt desaströs. Ich bin schock...
