Best places: Dvd stores in Landau in der Pfalz, Germany

😠 A few years ago I would have said it was the best shop in town. Unfortunately I have to revise that now. If I come into a big store like this and want to order a book and am told that I have to wait four weeks and that I should rather order online somewhere else, then it's not really customer-friend...

😠 Ich habe etwas gekauft und möchte es zurückgeben dann geht man ja davon aus das man das Bargeld wieder bekommt aber nein man bekommt ein Gutschein und kann sich auch keinen Wunschgutschein oder andere Geschenkkarten kaufen man muss etwas von dem laden kaufen einfach nur unnötig ich gehe dort niemals...
