👍👍 The best customer service we’ve ever received in Germany especially from a communication service provider. The young man who helped us “El-Majid” was so efficient and nice also rest of the staff. Two thumbs up, we’ll never go back to ANY other provider.

👍 They are as helpful as they can be. The only thing that gets me is the deals they offer for new customers are so much better than for those that have been years with them. I know it's nothing to do with the shop itself but it carries the name Telekom.

😠 The worst shop ever. They lie to me. They took advantage I did not speak german to lie and steal me, on a contract, and on the product itself. Do not recommend to go there.
