😠 Very rude staff who scam clients by charging car upgrades at 4x the online price while not having the car pre-booked available in their garage. Car rental agency to avoid absolutely especially if you are a foreigner!

😠 I was wrongly advised at this station in the context of a rebooking (there is a contradiction between the statements of the employees of the reservation hotline and the station team. For the car that was ultimately made available, I was charged for four days of use instead of the booked three days...

😠 Worst service every received - No attitude, no service, no flexibility, no where to sit, and the place is not clean. the office is often unmanned; you have to call for someone to come.

😠 We booked a car for the weekend starting on Saturday at 8 and when we arrived at 10 we were informed that our car was not available anymore and we had to pay extra to rent a higher category car. Apparently the car is only kept one hour from the selected pick up time but this is not communicated ANYW...
