Jedes Training ist ein anderes.
Ich trainiere jetzt seit 6 Wochen dort und sehe auch schon die ersten Fortschritte.

👍👍 Very nice and committed team, which is always in a good mood. Those who do fitness at bestForm will not regret it. Every training shows an effect. The boot camp is also a lot of fun and you feel exhausted and fit immediately afterwards. Will recommend you.

👍👍 Now I've been at lamovida for almost a year and am learning Salsa & Bachata.
I have a lot of fun here and really appreciate the family atmosphere.
Sabine as an all-rounder and Arthur (brother) are a perfect team.
The other assistant coaches always make sure that the steps are carried out correctly....

👍👍 Ein super Ausgleich zum Büroalltag. Das Team vor Ort ist immer mega freundlich und geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Termine können per App gebucht werden.
In 15 Minuten fit werden, was will man mehr?

All equipment is in good condition and great emphasis is placed on tidiness and cleanliness.
All in all highly recommended.

1. The TRX is offered 3x a week.

😠 Half the equipment is broken or dangerously worn down to the point of them being a safety hazard. Half the lockers are broken, the front entrance is broken, the employees unprofessional/useless. Machines being positioned in dangerous ways and even the weights are broken. Cannot recommend.
