🫤 The branch manager, Ms. Schwarz, is very unfriendly and rude. If there are other employees there, they are much friendlier. Especially Ms. Danilov. She is always very nice. In terms of price, I think the bakery is very expensive and the rolls are like they are made of rubber. Tastes like frozen food...

😠 Unfriendliest saleswoman I've ever seen. 1 hour before closing time there were no more warm drinks because everything had already been cleaned. 2 hours before closing time you couldn't get any more cups because everything was already ready to be locked up. All in all it was a very big disappointment...
