😐 A small G+4 building consisting of 3BHKs. Not well-maintained and there are literally weeds growing on the building structure. There is also just a mud-road pathway to this. Not advisable for female students as this is a shady area where drug busts have taken place (see review of Aditi Sourabh).

😠 Apartments are good. Management/ committee is Anti bachelors who make illegal rules.! Manipal being a student town, if students are themselves suppressed, whats the point of all the education and facilities we're investing in.
