👍 Beautiful ultra modern apartment with peaceful atmosphere in the midst of greeneryand lot of fresh air, very near to Govt. Hospital and private school. A garden called Ajjara kadu is adjacent to this with jogging track. The mall big bazaar and hotel Diana is hardly 10 minutes walk from here.

😠 Stupid rules, too many restrictions for visitors. Visitors are prohibited after 10pm so if you visit at 9:30 you have to leave by 10pm. Security guards are very rude. If you are a visitor the ask for your Ids and keep it until you leave. They even annoy by switching off the electricity for your flat...

😠 The apartment has a pathetic muddy approach road, poor electric switches and wiring. Construction is not good as leakage during monsoon is very common in flats. Sometimes room freshener budget on monthly basis is mandatory to avoid the foul smell, which comes from sweage water nearby.

👍👍 very safe hostel for girls. more spacious than a hostel room. has many amenities like washing machine, ac, fridge etc. that works very well. it provides a safe space for girls since visitors aren't allowed after 10.30 pm
