😠 Absolutely pathetic service. No concern about following up on delivery status and just keeps saying specs will be delivered tomorrow. That too we have to call and check everyday. Atleast lenskart was better at customer service than this. 👎👎

😠 I am not qualified to comment on treatment, but time administration is very poor here. It requires minimum 3 hours for consultation. Even getting appointment is very complex. In addition to care about eyes, also care about time as well. Everyone's time is valuable.
