👍👍 Good atmosphere, courteous staffs and maintained well. Patiently attended and helpful. Doctor was very kind & explained the actual problem clearly without any exaggerations. Opticals have a wide range of frames and brands to choose our glasses from.

😠 Absolutely pathetic service. No concern about following up on delivery status and just keeps saying specs will be delivered tomorrow. That too we have to call and check everyday. Atleast lenskart was better at customer service than this. 👎👎

😠 Visited with my daughter. Highly disappointed with the hospitality and behaviour of the staffs. Doctor attitude was even worse. Instead of listening to the visitor, he is showing attitude. Never again I would visit this hospital again. Second time very bad experience after the one happened in 2013....
