😠 The staff is unprofessional, they don't do their job properly. They don't want to help. They don't notify you if the doctor is sick and they don't provide substitute. They just offer talking with a nurse just to take your money.

Disrespectful staff and completely uneducated doctors (don't even dare to call them doctors) don't understand how they got their doctor's license. 😠 It is completely unacceptable that this health center may continue to run its operations in the way they do. Unpleasant and refuses to book an appointment and instead refers to the emergency room. Each time the same show. The worst health center I've been to.

😠 Good care, if you can get access to a doctor. Useless queue system, totally unhelpful receptionist and difficult to get a time for drop-in. If the modern care system is about packing in patients and making care totally inaccessible, To Care City is a shining example.
