😠 Recently taken over by STC who have zero communication to members as to why machines are being moved and removed. The worst thing is that they removed the safety arms of the bench press and created a potential death trap. Of course, no one at customer service bothers to answer questions either, well...

😠 Stopped responding to Email after 9 weeks even though I paid for 12. Unprofessional and unable to handle criticism when the customer is not satisfied and wants changes to their service.
