👍👍 從樓下是金礦咖啡的時候，跟著老師做瑜珈， 專業、溫暖、多樣性，是這間教室一直帶給我的感受， 最特別的就是⋯如老師的氣質一樣，一起上課的學員也都很熱情喔！ 不同於外面的瑜珈，還加入了輪棒、彈力繩、瑜珈繩、壁繩、精油、瑜珈棍、4Dpro⋯，超豐富的課程，肯定是外面學不到的， 真心推薦👍
