👍👍 Went in for shoulder surgery as a day case. The staff were lovely , I was shown to my bed and not long after a member of staff came to do observations etc , I was seen by the registrar who explained my procedure and how long before I went to theatre. My care before and after surgery was excellent....

🫤 Accident and emergency receptionist was very unenthusiastic, we stood being ignored for around 2 mins, then a further 15 mins, a very emotionless unenthusiastic, lacklustre customer service. Doctors and nurses 1st class.

😠 Mental Health services have become incredibly lacklustre and unreliable. Very ineffective and no show of actual support. The CPN is an absolutely terrible one who fails to figure out to do the simplest things in her job for her clients. It's as if they employ anybody to fill out these roles.
