😠 The shop is a waste of space... walked in 3 members of staff just chatting..told them our problem..they weren't interested as the phone had not been purchased there..it was an upgrade on line...went a couple of doors down to a phone shop and the gentleman in there couldn't be more helpful

😠 Staff more interested in talking to their friends on their phones than paying attention to a potential customer. Denied doing this when challenged. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. This was the third phone shop I'd been in that morning and the difference in treatment was stark.

😐 Usually long waiting times in store because there's never enough staff on the shop floor. Had ongoing issues with my plan, which I appreciate isn't the store's fault but nobody in the store seemed to care or offer any solution other than "ring customer services"
