👍👍 Absolutely gorgeous. We loved our visit and came back early the next morning and had the shore to ourselves. Staff are really knowledge and friendly. Nice walks around the reserve. No sign of ospreys or beavers but did see a tawny owl!

👍 This is a lovely wee beach down by the river Clyde. Its got really nice walkways and little bits to stop and sit. Perfect for kids if you're in the Glasgow area and don't want to drive as far as Ayr for a beach. The coastal path was a really nice walk and take you right under the Erskine Bridge. Per...

👍👍 Excellent. Arrived by train, and two friendly staff were stood on the platform waiting to greet visitors arriving by train. The visitor centre is interesting and the walk out to the lookout tower is well worth doing. The sense of isolation is quite something! They also had some lovely photos of the...

👍👍 We must have passed this so many times on the way to Skye, and didn't know what the place was. Wish we'd spotted it earlier, especially as we're always on the look out for Otters. Should have come here first !! - we saw one within half an hour of taking a walk along the track along the West shorelin...

Make sure to stop at camels island when the tide is out and look at the rock pools and some caves but be careful as the tide will...

😐 This used the be a lovely spot when the council managed it. They cut the grass, kept the kids out from 🗑️ ng it. Picked litter etc. Since NT have had it it's getting ruined by kids having bonfires and parties, glass and debris everywhere. Dangerous for your dogs and kids
