They gave it to me with a stuck front break so I had to go back for a repair within a day of getting the bike....

😠 This place is the absolute dregs of Plymouth. Staffed by the most undertrained youth of today. Went shopping for some high end running shoes, the staff were clueless, new nothing about there products and were more interested in playing with her mobile phone than offer any kind of customer service....
