👍👍 I go here often to see Dr. Varnava for my heart condition. She is very knowledgeable and has helped a lot with my rare condition. If unfortunately you have problems this is one of the best hospitals in the world. Also the hospital is clean and the nurses are super nice. One million stars ⭐️

😠 Absolutely impossible to get anyone from the urology outpatients dept to answer the 'phone so that I can change an appointment. I have literally tried for hours' over days' and no-one picks up. Even their own reception services can't get them to the answer the phone.

😠 1.5 hours searching for parking space. Each time I have to stress out that I will not have parking space. Ofc paid parking. PAID HOSPITAL PARKING WHICH ISN'T AVAILABLE.There is a queue of 7 cars at each entrance just waiting. This is normal for UK
