👍👍 Friendly gym with knowledgeable caring staff, open 24/7 and great facilities. Been a member for a year now and love it, supportive environment and good atmosphere, I go on my own but never feel intimidated like you get in some gyms, all the members are friendly too! Best value in the area too!

👍 Made very welcome by the indoor bowling club who have excellent accessible facilities. Good parking with overflow across the road. Modern facilities. Pity there isn't a functioning cafe.

😠 No time slots in swimming pool for regular working people. Mornings and evenings are full as is only a quarter of pool available to use. Weekend only one slot, and now leisure swimming cut in half

👍👍 A great gym, very friendly. The staff go above and beyond, always willing to help. I have been to many a gym's and this gym is the longest I've stayed at (years and years!) and wouldn't think of changing!

👍👍 I attend Jo’s Zumba Gold classes twice a week and absolutely love it. It is easy to follow her routines and there is no pressure to be perfect. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend her classes.

👍👍 Great gym. Friendly atmosphere and good for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or not. John is really helpful and helps with form and use of machines. Good selection of equipment and machines to help achieve any type of goal.
