👍👍 Warm & welcoming studio. I tried aerial yoga for the first time - Sara put me right at ease and was a very patient instructor! She even offered to take pix of us in our favorite pose afterward so I'm posting one here :D Rob offered us tea afterward, which was lovely too!

😠 I have to agree with the other reviews. Its hard to book a time slot for the workout that you want. I understand that it’s 24 hour access but it’s inconvenient to have to go at 8/9 PM to get the work out that I want. This location is also very small. And the three people per sauna is ridiculous!!
