Anchorage Trail
Park
👍👍 It's a pleasant and well maintained park in the heart of Anchorage. Easily accessible but there are no signs from the road sincethe entranceissomewhathidden. I saw several deer and other small wildlife. The greenery adds to the aesthetic beauty of the park and walkways are mostly paved.

👍👍 Great running and cross country ski trails. Not very bike friendly unless you have a fat tire bike because of all the gravel. Make sure to bring bear spray and stay moose aware. 👍👍 We had our wedding reception in the lodge 20 years ago and loved it. Finally returned for an overnight with our kiddos to celebrate the anniversary. It was even prettier than I remembered.
