👍👍 So many trails! We had a lot of fun walking around- we were doing the Fairy Trail and only got to see 4 out of the 8 because we were getting turned around too many times. 👍👍 Such a fun center, so many live animals and things to touch and microscopes to use. Tons of books, play area for littles, a nature center down below, and awesome staff. Not sure how it is when crowded, excited to check out some programs.

👍👍 We came to the C&O Canal Towpath (around lock 20) on weekend. The trail to get to Great Falls overlook was pretty well maintained, and the scenery along the way was also beautiful. Since the bikes couldn’t get into this particular trail, it was much more tranquil and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

👍👍 A beautiful trail loop with lots of educational signs of plant description. It also connects you to a beautiful section of South Valley Trail along the Quantico Creek. Highly recommended when you visit the park
