😠 This testing center doesn’t know how to manage the schedule at all. Every time I have been here they made me wait 45+ minutes. It is so inconsiderate of pregnant women and your patients time. I never had good experience at this place, they obviously don’t care at all about their patients.

🫤 Communication is a mess, they make patient plans without speaking with the patient or guardian first. They were quick, but patient self-determination and making the patient a part of their own care team is necessary, and not easily found here. Make sure you're being your own advocate.
