Absolutely sign up for this gym if you have time and energy to waste. The best trainer they have here spent an hour telling me how lonely and pathetic this one...

👍👍 Great gym; challenging workouts. Good for beginners and those not as in shape, as well as more fit folks. You're not shamed for not being able to do something, just encouraged to do your best and keep coming back. Everyone's pleasant and welcoming.
