👍👍 One of my favorite trails. Most beautiful part of sessions woods is the beaver pond. It it is only about a mile in. There is a dock you can get to that overlooks the whole pond 360°- one of my favorite places to just sit in peace

👍👍 This place is GORGEOUS. I never thought I'd be into birdwatching, but they have SO much more here - beavers, turtles, etc. And they're very comfortable with humans so they'll get close and are used to cameras! The other day I went walking along the main trail and passed by a turtle laying her eggs!...

👍👍 During maple sap season this is the place to go. Watch Harry make delicious maple syrup on the spot...then go on a guided tour of maple lore and learn how it all comes together. No real "New Englander" can rightly wear that badge without an understanding of what goes in the bottle that makes pancake...

👍👍 I grew up down the street from here and spent most of my days roaming around the nature center and its trails. I was happy to be able to visit and see the changes that have been made. They are also trying to build a 1 mile fully accessible nature trail which I'm happily donating!

👍 I took the trail around the small lakes. The first half of the trail was very well maintained and well marked. The third quarter was not maintained and sparse blazes at best. The final bit was on a busy street. A very mixed bag .

👍👍 Now that the frequent pests (rats and "others") from the 80s-2000s have been somewhat eradicated, this was a great time my brother and I haven't had since the early 80s and I'm nostalgically re-hooked!
