👍👍 Small-town charm. There's a small crescent shaped beach, walkways and a trail you can stroll through. Summer gets heavy with traffic as expected but mostly locals. You need a Branford parking sticker in the main lot, the tiny lot at the fishing pier is 2hrs max.

👍👍 Scenic. If you're not from West Haven; don't know about the...let's say Clientele...this is a beautiful beach. There's a long stretch of boardwalk where you can jog from the nature preserve to Bradley Point. If you want; run all the way to Woodmont Beach in Milford.
