👍👍 Stride is a welcoming studio for all fitness levels. The coaches are motivating, and are there to push you to get the best workout - it’s intense, yet fun! The combo classes are my favorite because you get the treadmill work, as well as strength training.

👍 The gym is great.. only complaint I have is people sitting at a machine on their phone. I have seen people sitting on a machine for over 20 minutes on their phone. And no one said anything. This should be unacceptable..
