👍👍 Best place to workout! Awesome instructors! Clean, friendly and welcoming atmosphere ! So many extras to use such as tanning bed, red light therapy and a massaging bed . Pam does an excellent and professional job of running this gym. I am so happy and pleased being a member at this gym.

👍👍 I’ve been coming here since 2008 and I love it. It’s reasonably priced, decent amenities, and lots of equipment. Has everything I need without being intimating and the staff and clientele are friendly. My only suggestion to the business is to keep up with refilling the wipes
