Overall, it was a relaxing experience and all the staff were very friendly. I liked the relaxation room and they offered tea and water. The zero gravity chair with my pedicure was relaxing, the robes were cozy, and it was a relaxing/quiet environment.
Cons- I was cashing in a spa day package...
