👍👍 The Warrior Women & Escape and Survive classes blew away my expectations. The instructors were fantastic, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I came away much more confident in my ability to defend myself. Way better than the self defense class I took in high school.

👍👍 Terrific gym. Kiddos enjoy the classes and the equipment. Great place for a party as well. One was going on even though rest of gym set up for a competition. Still had plenty of room and equipment to make it fun. Clean and great staff
