👍👍 My mother was placed at Pine Valley for rehabilitation after cardiovascular surgery. The Nursing staff was excellent at there tack. Nurse Bellot was patient,caring, attentive and knowledgeable. The rehab staff was awesome and help mom to get back on her feet and encouraging her too over come fear....

😠 This place does not abide by state guidelines and the fact that they have been noted a five star facility leaves me to believe that they're paying to get away with a lot of illegal things that goes on here. There was scabies in this nursing home and not one warning! I always see a lot of the nurses...
