Las Conchas Trailhead

ππ This is a great trail for all ages. I took the little kids 4 and 6 along with their grandparents and it was a beautiful hike. We only did a little more than a half mile out but between the stream and views everyone had a great time. Perfect spots for picnics and the little ones to splash and play in...

Placitas Trailhead

ππ A great location for easy rockhounding with multiple specimens of jasper and selenite everywhere! The beautiful views are definitely a bonus. It's great for hiking and biking with multiple trails along the main one for different sites to see such as the chalk dust trail.

Pueblo Loop Trail
Hiking area
ππ A great way to spend the day! If you arrive before 9, you can drive into the canyon, otherwise you'll need to take the shuttle! The pueblo loop is wonderful and you can take it as slow as you want. It is an incredible and culturally rich place to visit!

Tunnel Spring Trailhead
Hiking area
ππ Went counterclockwise and it's a good thing because it was rocky and steep going up. Nice hike. The views are great. The trail is very narrow! Would do this one again!

ππ Lovely trail (Piedra Lisa). Decent amount of snow (2-3 in) on Jan 8 starting at few miles in. I drive a 2wd with low clearance and was able to get to the trailhead.
