😐 The apartment itself is good. Maintenance so far did good too, they always came when we need something fixed. The problem is the noise. We know that the apartment is old but a mandatory carpet in the bedrooms would make a great difference and we know nothing can be perfect. the walls are paper thin...

🫤 Cons: Moldy windows that management refuses to take care of. Recently a rat problem on first floor. Higher presence of police in the last few months as well.
