😠 Going great on a monthly contract, and then just stopped washing my windows. Was told to "call John" and sort it out myself. No refund, dirty windows, bad service.

😠 I had a job done from these guys back in December. Now the contract was sent to me in August (my house has been empty since ). Very poor communication I had to go back to the shop several times to be told “we can’t get the door delivered, we have the 4 windows but not the door “. Waited and waited...

👍👍 I ordered a sheet of sandblasted glass to go on a dining table. The staff in the shop were helpful knowledgable and the price was very competitive. The two staff who delivered it were friendly and negotiated obstacles and narrow doors to put it in situ. Great service!
