👍👍 I go to city hall monthly to buy my bus pass. The clerks are friendly and efficient. Please be kind to these people. Unfortunately, they get many customers who are rude and abusive. Despite that they are calm and kind.

😠 not sure how I supposed to pay my parking ticket within 30 days if I work every day during the week and on the weekends they’re closed. I don’t think they want you to succeed.
