👍👍 I am a tenant who has been living here since July 2022. I really recommend this place. All facilities are always clean and comfortable. In particular, the Korean manager here named Rosie is really kind and solves even small problems. I am really satisfied with living here all these years.

😠 Overpriced and poor management. International students are not fairly treated and are exploited financially and mentally. You are occasionally charged with ridiculous damage and cleaning charges. No second thoughts.
