👍👍 Friendly professional people, but watch out! It is ONLY a pick-up point and NOT an actual shop, where you can see physical products. Also there are no technicians at the specific point, you will need to go to another e-shop point for that.

After 2 phone calls and 1 email that they never answered, we concluded that there is a lot of work and a big load, that they forgot (!)...

Half of the delay was communicated in time, as one of the items was on back order. In the end we agreed on a refund, as the item was not available, and it was issued time...
