👍👍 Respect to those who respect their past. But I really do not understand why local authorities are so incompetent. Graffiti and garbage everywhere. You collect taxes, don't you?? Do your job and clean then city!!! Absolute disappointment.

😐 Opinions for the specific monument were always divided. Mostly due to the period it was constructed, and the political situation of that period, that its too complex to be contained here. Its presence is obvious to any visitor nonetheless, and it seems to be a popular spot for visitors selfies.
